In Home Care
Our staff don’t just provide in-home care. They build relationships.
That’s why we work hard to provide the most suitable home support worker (or workers) to look after your family member. We communicate closely with everyone to make sure that “best fit” happens as seamlessly as possible. This helps minimise the number of carers coming into the home to create an increased level of comfort and trust.
All our staff are qualified with a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and have the mandatory police clearance and background checks required. And just as the safety and wellbeing of your loved one is paramount, so is the safety and wellbeing of our team.
One of our first duties is to conduct a health and safety audit of our client’s residence to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone who will be in the home. If overnight stays are required as part of the in home care provided, we need to also ensure there is a suitable place for our carer to sleep.
In the event of an emergency, we follow clear process. This helps everyone understand what to expect, and we will go through this with you when you engage our services.
